UNIT 14 D2

Justify Protocols
The two protocols i decided to use is the ,sharing contact information and copy and pasting numbers from contact book and putting it into a text message, these are easy techniques to use because they're quick. They're quick because if you have 5 bars of signal you could send it through a text message but if you're somewhere that doesn't have a good signal it would be easier to send it through WI-FI.

Mechanisms to prevent legal issues.
In 2011 they brought in a new legal rule that you was not aloud to use the phone while driving because it caused to many accidents. This new rule would reduce road accidents.

Hands free kits are available for people to buy, to stop them from using there hands for the phone which causes accidents.

And a tracker app is also availbale to stop phone theft.

Social Mechanisms
Cyber bulling can be prevented by putting your profile private   and not tell anyone your password or email.

If its £500 per driver then you could give them a Bluetooth headset to talk to threw the speakers in the lorry so they don't get in trouble for being on the phone, and they could buy them a traditional smartphone that has maps and satnav on and tracker so that the office can make sure they are not skyving off at home with there feet up.
